We’re working with a large, well-respected commercial property business with an outstanding culture and strong values, looking to recruit an experienced Estates Surveyor to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio. What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties, ensuring consistent, coordinated management.
• Liaise with legal, finance and property teams on lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations and surveys.
• Maintain asset management plans and ensure full compliance with the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, Service Charge Code and all regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear, data-driven reports on rental income, lease lifecycle events and property performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Surveyor with strong commercial awareness.
• Solid understanding of Landlord & Tenant Law and property-related Health & Safety.
• Experience in commercial property management and setting/administering service charges.
• Knowledge of rating law and, ideally, residential property management.
• Full UK driving licence.
