Salary – £42 to £44 per hour

Building Surveyor Key Responsibilities

• The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.
• Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates
• Social Housing surveying experience
• A good understanding of building pathology, damp, mould and condensation
