A respected law firm in the South West is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Residential Property team. This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload and develop your career within a supportive and professional environment.

The team is known for its efficiency, client-focused approach, and strong relationships with local agents and referrers.

• Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Acting on new build transactions

• Handling re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• Dealing with both registered and unregistered titles

• Running matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision

• Strong technical skills with the ability to manage files independently

• Excellent communication and client care abilities

• Proactive, organised, and confident in handling a busy caseload
