Real Estate Finance Solicitor / Associate – Cardiff, Cheltenham, or Worcester

A well-established, full-service law firm with a strong regional presence is seeking a 2–4 PQE Solicitor or Associate to join its dynamic Real Estate Finance team. This opportunity is available across their Cardiff, Cheltenham, and Worcester offices. The role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate finance or broader commercial property experience with exposure to finance work.

The Real Estate Finance team advises both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of property-related transactions, including acquisitions, development finance, and refinancing. Clients include mainstream banks, challenger banks, bridging loan companies, peer-to-peer lenders, and individual borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a broad spectrum of real estate finance matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and maintain technical expertise.
• Engage in business development and identify cross-referral opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years PQE with experience in real estate finance or commercial property.
• Strong drafting and technical skills.
• Commercially astute, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent teamworking and client relationship management abilities.
