Amazing new role for a Designer to join a start-up wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Help shape the brand's creative foundation at a pivotal stage

- Collaborate with the Head of Brand & Creative across all touchpoints

- Develop and maintain cohesive visual design systems across digital, CRM, organic, and paid social.

- Maintain and evolve clear brand guidelines

- Explore AI tools to improve workflow and creativity

- Partner with teams to deliver compelling, results-driven design

- Ensure flawless execution and brand consistency

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in digital design, branding, or art direction for consumer brands

- Portfolio that shows both system-level thinking - you can zoom out to see the whole brand and zoom in to spot the details others miss.

- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma

- Proactive and collaborative by nature - you take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and thrive on building with others in a fast-moving startup.

- Ability to own briefs end-to-end, balancing multiple deliverables without losing sight of the creative vision.

Salary & Benefits

- £35-50k

- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office

- Clear opportunity for rapid career progression as the business scales-including potential to

grow into a senior leadership role

- Ability to work from abroad for up to 3 weeks per year
