Our client is a Luxury label, who are a force to be reckoned with. After seeing phenomenal growth over recent years, they are looking for a Product Developer Co-ordinator to join their accessories team.


Based in their London office, they are looking for someone who has experience within luxury leather accessories who can come in and provide pivotal support.


It is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and hit the ground running and be part of something exciting.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Provide pivotal support to the Senior Manager on the development of the collection
  • Manage and drive the critical path for the development process, following up daily with the vendors and suppliers to ensure target dates are on track
  • Take control of all raw material and trim development and monitoring these schedules in line with the critical path
  • Solution orientated, seeking working solutions whilst respecting the design integrity of the product
  • Tech pack creation and management for the development process as well as production
  • Chase and track all samples and working with the managers and the team through approvals
  • Provide regular updates to the teams on the delivery schedules, working through any issues proactively but also ensuring minimal delay to delivery
  • Manage the development process, building up strong relationships and visiting suppliers through the season as required.
  • Support the costings and price negotiation process, ensuring target margins and prices are achieved.


Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in a similar role working with luxury leather goods.
  • Be confident in Italian – written and spoken
  • Be a self-starter and motivated as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of communication with the factories and in-house team with the ability to build successful relationships
  • A quick learner and able to work within a dynamic team, be diligent with a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as under instructions when needed
  • Have a flexible approach to your work and the business, be a key team player and adapt as required
  • Excellent organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong all-round IT skills, including numeracy and literacy.


This role is based on site at their offices Full time.


I am also open to speak to anyone who is able to support on an Interim Fixed Term Contract immediatly.
