Job Title: Talent & Development Partner

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Are you an experienced learning and development professional looking to shape meaningful growth initiatives across an organisation? We're seeking a Talent & Development Partner to join a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative learning experiences and supporting professional growth at all levels.

In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate development programmes. You'll play a key part in enhancing skills, building leadership capability, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and teams to identify learning needs and design targeted development solutions.
• Lead and facilitate programmes, workshops, and blended learning experiences.
• Evaluate learning impact and use insights to enhance offerings.
• Support initiatives that build organisational capability, leadership potential, and talent growth.
• Promote an inclusive and forward-thinking approach to professional development.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in learning, development, or talent management.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with a commercial mindset.
• Enthusiasm for innovative learning approaches, including digital tools and technologies.
• Coaching or mentoring experience is advantageous.
