We’re working with a respected and expanding law firm that’s looking to welcome a talented Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Conveyancing Fee Earner to its thriving Residential Property team.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive, forward-thinking environment that values professional development and work-life balance.

About the Role

You’ll handle a broad and varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and legal documents
• Advising clients and lenders in line with the UK Finance Handbook
• Managing exchange, completion, SDLT submissions, and Land Registry applications
• Providing exceptional client service, maintaining clear and proactive communication
• Supporting and supervising junior staff or assistants where needed

About You

You’ll be a motivated and detail-driven professional who thrives in a client-focused setting. You should have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or proven experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner
• A strong track record managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
• Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
