Fund Finance Associate – Leading Global Law Firm (London)

A prestigious global law firm is seeking a talented Fund Finance Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its London-based Finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and growing Fund Finance practice, advising sponsors, borrowers, and lenders across the full lifecycle of fund financing. The team is involved in a wide range of transactions including subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, GP support facilities, and continuation fund financings.

The Role: You’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, working on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals with exposure to international clients and colleagues. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating finance documentation (including security agreements and facility
• agreements)
• Managing conditions precedent and closing processes
• Coordinating cross-border transactions with overseas counsel
• Advising clients strategically and supporting business development initiatives

The ideal candidate:

• UK or commonwealth qualified lawyer with 1–3 years’ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge of financing transactions and documentation
• Fund finance experience is advantageous but not essential – broader debt finance backgrounds are welcome
• Excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a genuine interest in innovation and technology
