Contract until January, possible extension

Up to £300 per day (c£58k)

Hybrid, 60% of the time in office

Based near Richmond

Full time or part time available (4 days)



Your new company
One of my fabulous clients based in Southwest London is looking for an interim HRBP business partner to join the team on an interim basis. This role is crucial to the delivery of a top class HR service. My client can also consider this role on a 4 day a week basis (2 days in office). This is a generalist role where you will be business partnering key business units in a long standing organisation.


Your new role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with management teams to ensure HR operates as a strategic partner and adds value to support delivery of business outcomes.
  • Drive consistency of approach across the organisation in workforce planning, managing and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs.
  • Support with Reward matters, supporting the ongoing development of the Pay and Reward approach.
  • Coach and advise managers to be effective people managers, raising capability, supporting a culture of high performance in line with organisational values.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance across a wide range of HR issues.
  • Proactively share best practice with colleagues to foster a 'one team' approach.
  • Work to continually improve the level of service offered, raise the HR and Business Partnering team capability and provide support to colleagues.
  • Work with HR colleagues to ensure that people reporting continues to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with and coach HR Advisors on employment relations cases and take the lead on cases of a complex or sensitive nature.
  • Work closely with trade unions to resolve issues and maintain positive industrial relations.
  • Support ad-hoc HR project work


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven HR Business Partnering experience across complex organisations
  • Experience of handling complex employee relations cases
  • Available to start at short notice
  • Experience of line management is desirable but not essential.
