Midweight Interior Designer (F&B) in Essex

Our client is currently seeking a talented and driven Midweight Interior Designer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of high-profile commercial hospitality projects for blue-chip clients across the UK and potentially into Europe.

Based out of their characterful Essex based studio, the team are passionate about delivering exceptional design from concept through to handover. This role offers a fantastic platform for a well-rounded designer to grow and develop, contributing to all aspects of creative design, procurement, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in developing design solutions from client briefs
• Confidently present ideas with strong visual and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of materials, finishes, and products
• Apply detailed knowledge of commercial and hospitality design
• Oversee contract administration and manage logistical planning
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards within construction projects

Key Requirements:

• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Interior Design or Architecture
• Proven experience in delivering F&B/hospitality projects
• Sound understanding of relevant UK building regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience in FF&E procurement
• A valid UK Driving Licence
