Loom Talent are currently working exclusively with a global FMCG/distribution organisation supporting the recruitment for a HR Business Partner within their logistics distribution and supply chain division.

This impressive brand are looking for an Operational HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis supporting multiple sites in the Coventry/South Leicestershire area.

What will you be doing:

• Operational HR support to three sites of c500 employees
• Build strong relationships across the sites with key stakeholders at all levels
• Do a needs analysis and understand the best way to partner the business unit and provide HR support that is fit for purpose
• Influence and guide key stake holders on best practise
• Coach and upskill the HR Advisor
• Assisting with ad hoc strategic projects

What do they need to see from you:

• You will come with previous experience within the logistics distribution and supply chain sector
• Have 3-5 years' operating as a HR Business Partner
• Comfortable with the operational side of HR Business Partnering with the addition of strategic projects
• Experience of working for a scale up or rapidly growing organisation would be advantageous

This role is paying c£60,000p.a. + cracking benefits.
