Cardiff (hybrid – 2 days a week in the office, with some travel across Wales)

About the Estates Surveyor role

As an Estates Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in managing a varied property portfolio across Wales, while being based in Cardiff with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Managing transactions including sales, purchases, lettings, licences and development opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act and Rent Smart Wales.
• Working with internal teams, external partners, and legal advisors to ensure sound estate management.
• Supporting improvements in property management systems and digital records.
• Providing expert advice and helping resolve property challenges such as boundary disputes.

What we’re looking for

• A Chartered Surveyor with proven property management experience
• Confident managing residential property sales and lettings
• Knowledgeable in property law, insurance, and compliance
• Skilled in communication and relationship building

• A holder of a full, clean UK driving licence
