Employment Senior Associate – 5+ PQE – London

Our client, a very highly regarded international law firm, is seeking an accomplished Employment Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded London team.

The practice advises a diverse range of multinational clients across sectors such as insurance, financial services, energy, transport, aviation, retail, education and professional services. The team’s work spans the full spectrum of employment law, including Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, cross-border advisory mandates, large-scale restructuring, TUPE matters, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

The successful candidate will enjoy a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, ranging from high-value litigation to strategic advisory support for global businesses. This is a role well-suited to a lawyer who can combine strong technical skills with commercial awareness, and who is confident in acting as a trusted advisor to sophisticated clients.

You will have a proven track record of managing complex tribunal litigation, drafting and negotiating employment documentation, advising on senior exits and workforce change, and supporting corporate teams on M&A and outsourcing projects. Experience in regulated sectors such as insurance, energy or healthcare will be an advantage. The ability to supervise juniors and contribute to the wider growth of the practice will also be valued.
