SEN Teaching Assistant – North Liverpool

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Do you thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment where every child matters? We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in North Liverpool.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of SEND, including autism, SEMH, and medical needs
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Confidence supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• A proactive, flexible, and compassionate approach to learning

Your Role:

• Support pupils with a range of SEND needs across KS2–KS4
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions
• Help pupils regulate emotions and engage with learning
• Contribute to EHCP reviews and liaise with external professionals
• Promote independence, resilience, and confidence in every child
