About Navys

At Navys, we are building the legal Operating System for funds.

Navys is transforming the fund formation process by combining deep legal expertise with AI. It isn’t another chatbot or document summarizer.

Navys fuses internal legal precision and external regulatory insight into a living system that learns, reasons, and scales with fund professionals.

We are seeking an ambitious Visual Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is London based and requires in-office availability during standard UK business hours. This is a unique chance to work alongside experienced private funds lawyers and innovators in a tech-forward environment. Navys is not just a better tool. It is a different model of how legal software should be built. You will be working on a product that completely reshapes the legal industry.

At Navys, our visual identity isn’t just decoration, it’s central to how the world experiences our brand. We’re looking for a designer with taste, talent, and bold creative vision. Someone who instinctively knows what looks good and how to make a brand unforgettable.

You won’t just make things look pretty. You’ll make them speak. Move. Resonate.

What you’ll own (first 12 months)

  • Create stunning static visuals for our Website, Social Media, Newsletters, and Presentations
  • 2D motion graphics for promos, explainers, and marketing campaigns.
  • Own and evolve our brand's visual presence, both internally and externally
  • All internal and external branding and marketing visuals.
  • Bring innovation and high taste level to everything we publish

Must-have technical foundations

  • Graduate of a top-tier/high-ranking design school.
  • Exceptional eye for design. You understand color, typography, layout – and you know how to push creative boundaries.
  • Fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (or equivalent), Premiere (or equivalent), XD, Figma and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • You thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, and you’re the type to jump in, own your role, and take ideas further than expected.

Nice-to-have extras

  • Framer Experience
  • Front End Coding

You’ll thrive here if

  • You are talented, focused and aligned with our mission – we are building a complex product with innovative technology, accordingly we are looking for driven and dynamic candidates who can rise to the challenge
  • You are a strong communicator who gets their point across clearly, and isn’t afraid to speak up when things need addressing
  • You are independent, flexible and prepared to take on responsibility early on
  • You are prepared to be accountable for and proud of the work you do and your contributions to the team – everyone has a role to play, none less important than the other.
  • You bring concepts to life with energy, speed, and polish.
