Residential Conveyancer (Part time) in York

Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for a growing Law Firm based in York.

This role is on a part time basis and the right candidate must be able to handle their own caseloads from start to completion.

They are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum (pro rata)

Responsibilities as a Residential conveyancer:

• Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
• Able to manage own files from start to completion
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
• IT and case management systems
