About The Firm

An established, well-respected law firm with offices across Surrey is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The firm is known for its supportive culture, strong client relationships and commitment to professional development.

The Role

You’ll handle a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds, managing files from instruction through to post-completion. You’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders, ensuring smooth transactions while maintaining compliance with SRA and AML regulations.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills.
• Confident using case management systems and highly organised.
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
