Interim Planning Lawyer – Top City Law Firm

Location: London (Hybrid working)

Contract: 3 months (initially)

Hours: Will consider someone working 4/5 days per week

We are working with a leading City law firm that is seeking an interim Planning Lawyer to join their busy Planning team on a three-month assignment.

The team is experiencing a high volume of incoming instructions, particularly in relation to due diligence work arising from other departments, and requires additional support from an experienced planning specialist.

The Role

• Assisting the Planning team with a variety of matters, with a particular focus on due diligence projects.
• Supporting on planning aspects of corporate, real estate and finance transactions.
• Advising on a broad range of planning issues
• Delivering high-quality, efficient support with the ability to work independently where required.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in planning law.
• Generalist planning background
• Comfortable handling due diligence matters, ideally in a transactional context.
• Able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision (senior candidates very welcome, but all levels considered).
• Previous experience at a reputable law firm preferred but not essential
