We are working with an international top-tier law firm based in Edinburgh for a Lawyer to join their Healthcare team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a successful team, assisting on a varied caseload of motor, EL/PL and indemnity large loss matters on behalf of major insurers and self-insured organisations.

The Associate will be responsible for investigating claims, taking witness statements, reviewing medical evidence, preparing reports, and drafting clear and practical client advice. The role will also involve attending court, managing procedural steps, and compliance with court timetables.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified solicitor;
• Personal injury litigation experience;
• Strong academic background;
• Technically excellent;
• Ability to build a rapport with a variety of stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication skills.
