Oculus are working with a growing boutique firm focusing exclusively on employment law and is trusted by a range of national employers. Known for their proactive and practical approach, they provide advice across day-to-day HR, projects, and complex disputes.

They are looking for a 3–4 year PQE Employment Lawyer to join the team. Candidates from either respondent or claimant backgrounds will be considered, provided they are keen to specialise in respondent work moving forward.
