Associate - Restructuring in London Area

A leading UK law firm is looking to grow its Restructuring team with the addition of a talented Associate (1PQE+). This is a brilliant opportunity to join a nationally integrated finance practice that’s known for its depth of expertise, collaborative culture, and strong client relationships across the financial sector.

You’ll be working on a wide mix of restructuring and insolvency matters — both contentious and non-contentious — with exposure to high-profile mandates and direct client contact from day one. The team advises major banks, alternative lenders, directors, and insolvency professionals, and regularly handles complex distressed finance transactions, CVAs, pre-packs, and trading administrations.

The firm has invested heavily in building a market-leading restructuring offering, with a strong national footprint and a reputation for delivering commercial, technically excellent advice. You’ll be part of a supportive, ambitious team that values collaboration, development, and long-term career growth.

They’re looking for someone with 1–4 years’ PQE, solid experience in restructuring and insolvency law, and a genuine interest in working closely with clients to solve challenging problems.
