Conveyancer in City of London

Job description

Conveyancing Fee Earner / London / £50,000-£60,000

We’re looking for a conveyancer experienced in freehold, leasehold, sales and purchase, shared ownership, and new build transactions. You’ll manage your own caseload from start to finish (circa 55-60 files), delivering smooth, efficient transactions and exceptional client service.

What you’ll do:

• Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing independently
• Advise clients and draft contracts accurately
• Liaise with solicitors, lenders, and third parties
• Spot and resolve issues to protect clients and the business
• Support and mentor paralegals
