Facilities & Field Support Administrator in London Area

At Criterion Hospitality, we take pride in keeping buildings across London running safely and efficiently. This role suits someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and communicating clearly with both colleagues and clients. At the same time, you should be willing to support our Lift Engineer on site, carry out supervised checks, and assist with practical tasks when needed.

Because the role involves travel to different sites, you must have a full UK driving licence and your own car. If you’re organised, adaptable, and eager to learn both the admin and technical sides of the job, you’ll be a great fit for our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Logging lift issues, booking visits, and keeping records up to date.
• Writing short reports after visits, with notes and photos.
• Helping out on site with safe access and simple supervised tasks.
• Picking up or dropping off parts when needed.
• Running simple checks under supervision (buttons, lights, alarms, doors).
• Keeping work areas tidy and looking after tools and safety gear.
• Updating residents and building teams when asked.

Who We’re Looking For

• Must-haves:
• Full UK driving licence + your own car.
• Some experience with admin work.
• Comfortable using IT (Word, Excel, Google Drive).
• Friendly, calm, and good at talking to people.
• Motivated to learn and happy to get hands-on.
• Nice-to-haves:
• Experience in a lift or service company.

Training & Growth

• Full training on safety and lift work.
• Mentoring from our Senior Lift Engineer.
• Opportunity to do courses and work toward becoming a Lift Engineer.

The Details

• Monday–Friday, full-time.
• Some flexibility for urgent issues.
• Travel across London and nearby areas (mileage and expenses covered).
