This specialist insurance team are independently owned, growing at rapid pace and can offer you a progressive career in a friendly, non-corporate environment.

Here you’ll be handling the service of insurance accounts, specializing mainly in property risks for a diverse clientele across estates, rural and complex heritage properties.

Day to day, you’ll play a key support role to the business development directors, ensuring clients and broking contacts enjoy a smooth administrative service.

The team are small just now, but the plan here is to grow quickly given their niche unique service proposition.

So, for you, that means you’ll have a clear route to progress into Executive or even managerial work if you are someone ambitus to develop your career upwards.

You’ll need a background in insurance for this one, either in broking, claims or underwriting.

This is an office-based role with some hybrid flexibility.

The package includes a base salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 plus bonus and benefits including health care and enhanced pension.
