Corporate Law Partner / Greater Manchester / £55,000-£60,000

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor / Partner with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join a boutique firm based out of their Stockport office, with additional travel to other offices.

Role Overview

Manage and oversee corporate deals and projects from start to finish, driving fee income and supporting business development. Supervise colleagues, ensure high-quality client service, and maintain efficient file and case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support corporate matters, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and SRA standards
• Generate and develop fee-earning opportunities from clients, contacts, and referrers
• Supervise and mentor colleagues, covering workloads and fostering team performance
• Participate in business development, marketing, and networking activities
• Manage client communications, documents, and case management systems efficiently
• Maintain accurate billing, time recording, and cash collection
• Attend meetings and provide professional, client-focused support
