Employment Associate – 2–5 PQE – London

A growing employment team at a leading UK law firm is looking to hire an Associate to support its busy advisory and litigation practice. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, mid-sized team that works across a broad client base spanning finance, retail, logistics, mobility, and tech.

The role offers a mix of advisory work, tribunal litigation, and transactional support, with direct client contact from day one. You’ll be involved in drafting advice notes, preparing for hearings, and supporting corporate transactions on employment-related matters. The team encourages autonomy and development, with strong supervision from senior lawyers and partners.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years’ PQE and a solid grounding in employment law, including TUPE, discrimination, and litigation. Experience in regulated sectors, particularly financial services, is highly valued. A collaborative mindset and confidence in client-facing work are essential.
