You’ll play a leading role in the firm’s thriving corporate practice, advising on:

• M&A transactions
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Broader strategic corporate advisory matters

This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced Corporate lawyer seeking to step into (or further establish themselves in) partnership with a firm known for its entrepreneurial outlook, modern culture, and high-calibre client base. You’ll be given the platform, support, and autonomy to grow your own client following while contributing to the development of the wider team.

The Candidate

• Established Corporate Solicitor (likely 8+ PQE) with strong transactional experience
• Ideally with an existing client following or proven ability to build one
• Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to develop client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth
