Graduate Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools – Chester

Salary: Daily pay rate between £105 +, paid weekly

Contract: Long-term, temp to perm, short-term and flexible

What will you be doing?

• Assisting class teachers with lessons, activities, and classroom management
• Providing targeted academic support in small intervention groups or 1:1 to boost learning and confidence
• Promoting inclusion and encouraging positive behaviour
• Helping pupils achieve their academic and personal goals

Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree or graduating this year (all subjects considered)
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• A passion for education and real interest in working with young people
• A positive attitude with the ability to build relationships with pupils and staff
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
