We’re hiring: HR Business Partner (London, Hybrid)

Location: London (minimum 50% office-based)

Contract: Full time, permanent

Salary: £40,518 – £46,000 per annum

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is seeking a resilient and proactive HR Business Partner to join our small, friendly, and forward-thinking People Team.

This is an exciting time to join as we launch our refreshed three-year People Strategy and embed a business partnering model across the organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to influence real change, challenge established practices respectfully, and build trusted relationships at every level.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a high volume of ER casework
• Line managing, motivating, and developing the HR Advisor
• Supporting senior leaders with team development and capability
• Driving people projects that enhance Centrepoint’s offer and impact
• Gathering, analysing and interpreting data to shape decision-making
• Embedding People Team initiatives across directorates
