This is a fantastic opportunity to support learning, develop teaching skills, and explore a career in education.

About the Role

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to full classes during a teacher’s absence
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
• Support pupils individually or in small groups through targeted intervention and revision
• Collaborate with teaching staff to meet pupil needs, including SEN support
• Provide feedback on student engagement and progress
• Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment

Candidate Requirements:

• A degree (minimum 2:2)
• A passion for working with young people and education
• Experience with young people (in any setting) is advantageous
• Two professional references from the past two years
• Willingness to complete CPD training
