Strategic Partner – Rail Industry | Driving Digital Transformation

Do you want to shape the future of rail and transportation? We’re looking for a Strategic Partner to lead digital transformation and sustainable growth in the Rail sector.

This role is all about impact: building trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, driving high-impact consulting programs, and delivering technology-led solutions that enable innovation across the industry. You’ll work internationally, collaborate across functions, and position yourself at the centre of one of the most dynamic shifts in transport and mobility today.

What you’ll do

• Partner with senior executives to design and deliver digital strategies.
• Lead consulting and transformation initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
• Develop and execute sales and account strategies for sustainable growth.
• Manage end-to-end client cycles from opportunity to closure.
• Represent the business at senior levels, building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Shape market presence through thought leadership and industry engagement.

What you bring

• A strong background in rail, either from consulting or related industries.
• Proven track record in business development and digital transformation.
• Expertise across R&D, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience influencing at C-suite level and leading international projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and strong communication in English (German is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or IT; MBA/PhD advantageous.

Hybrid working, with office locations at either Manchester or Woking
