US ELITE FIRM SEEKING NQ TO BEGIN IN MARCH 2026

My client is an elite US law firm which is well recognised as a global leader across multiple sectors. As a result of organic growth in London it is seeking to hire a newly qualified solicitor to join its PRIVATE EQUITY team in beautiful offices in central London in March 2026.

You will work on some of the highest profile, complex and international deals on behalf of a an impressive portfolio of sponsor clients. You will be working alongside 'leaders in their field' who will support you in your professional development whilst allowing you an opportunity for responsibility.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Have excellent academic credentials
• Have trained in a top-tier US, Magic or Silver Circle law firm
• Benefitted from at least one seat in private M&A
• Spent further time in a transactional seat with exposure to PE clients being a real benefit
• Be expecting to qualify in February or March 2026
