An innovative AI business is seeking a foundational SEO hire to establish and own the function from scratch. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role offers high autonomy, visibility, and influence within a company at the forefront of AI infrastructure and consumer engagement.

You’ll be the go-to expert for all things SEO: shaping strategy, solving complex technical challenges, and driving measurable growth in an environment where SEO is a core growth driver, not an afterthought.

The business is looking for someone with:

• A deep technical SEO background (highest priority)
• Proven experience in migrations and troubleshooting
• The ability to scale SEO from zero into a high-performing function
• A growth mindset – comfortable navigating ambiguity and challenges
