Conveyancing Fee Earner – Nottingham (Hybrid)

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor to join our forward-thinking legal team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and modern legal practice.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering excellent client service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents
• Conducting title checks and dealing with any issues arising
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Supervising and supporting junior team members as required

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Proven experience running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Excellent client-care, communication, and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
