Residential Conveyancers Wanted – Junior & Senior

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonuses + Hybrid

What You’ll Do

• Run your own caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Handle both freehold and leasehold transactions with confidence
• Build strong client and agent relationships, keeping communication clear and efficient
• Ensure every file is compliant, accurate, and managed to the highest standard

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing (as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Fee Earner)
• Solid knowledge of the full conveyancing process
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A client-focused mindset and a positive, proactive approach
