Key Responsibilities:

• Assess new business submissions and create bespoke underwriting solutions that align with client needs.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with brokers and clients across the North East region.
• Take a strategic approach to managing new business, with some involvement in renewals to maintain long-term client relationships.
• Analyse market trends and data to make informed underwriting decisions.
• Provide mentorship to junior underwriters, supporting their development and fostering a team-oriented culture.
