Factory Supervisor – Late Shift

Stoke-on-Trent

£29,000 per year

Shift: 10:30am – 6:30pm (moving to 2pm – 10pm soon with our new factory)

Fittingly is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Factory Supervisor to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on the tools while also leading and supporting a team through the late shift.

The Role

As Factory Supervisor, you’ll:

• Oversee and supervise the late shift team.
• Work hands-on alongside the team to ensure production targets are met.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Report directly to the Factory Manager with updates and shift performance.
• Help support a positive, motivated, and productive workplace culture.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a supervisory role within a factory or manufacturing setting.
• Is hands-on, practical, and willing to lead by example.
• Communicates clearly and confidently with both colleagues and management.
• Can adapt to changing shift patterns as we move into our new factory (soon moving to 2pm–10pm).
• Is organised, proactive, and ready to get stuck in.
