Tribal Digital - Data Driven Digital Recruitment is looking for an Paid Media Specialist in City of London

Job description

Paid Media Specialist

Location: Hybrid (London)

Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of PPC and paid social campaigns for clients in healthcare, education, and travel. This is a role where your skills in paid media will directly influence how people access care, learning, and life-changing experiences.

You’ll be hands-on with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting, working across multiple platforms to deliver measurable results while keeping campaigns creative and engaging. If you enjoy the variety of switching between PPC and paid social, and want to apply your expertise in sectors that truly make a difference, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, manage, and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Google and other key platforms
  • Balance budgets effectively to meet client KPIs and ROI goals
  • Carry out keyword research, audience targeting, and ad testing to improve performance
  • Analyse data, produce clear reports, and present insights to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver ads that resonate with target audiences
  • Stay ahead of trends in both PPC and paid social, applying new ideas to campaigns
  • What we’re looking for

    • Hands-on experience running PPC and paid social campaigns, ideally for healthcare, education, or travel clients
    • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms
    • Comfortable analysing performance data and translating it into actionable steps
    • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts or projects at once
    • A mix of creative thinking and analytical skills — knowing how to test, learn, and optimise effectively

    Why join us

    • Hybrid working with flexibility to balance office and remote time
    • Work with clients that make a real difference in people’s lives across healthcare, education, and travel
    • Autonomy to manage your own PPC and paid social campaigns, with the support of a collaborative team
    • Access to leading tools, training, and opportunities for career growth
    • A culture that values curiosity, initiative, and sharing new ideas
