Quantity Surveyor – Leading Construction/Engineering Firm

We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team in managing client relationships and sub-contractor accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years’ project experience and strong knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sub-contract payments, valuations, and variations
• Prepare quantities, schedules, and project documentation
• Produce interim valuations and monthly financial reports
• Liaise with site teams and maintain accurate records

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field
• NEC3/NEC4 proficiency; professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIPS) desirable
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
