Claims Operations Assistant – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Operations Assistant to join a dynamic and professional insurance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This varied role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in insurance and gain exposure to the inner workings of claims operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the claims team with data accuracy checks and adjustments
- Liaise with brokers and delegated claims authorities
- Manage loss fund returns, queries, and claim closures
- Assist with payment processing and performance reporting
- Help investigate and reconcile variances
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvements
What You’ll Bring:

- Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel
