Claims Operations Assistant – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Operations Assistant to join a dynamic and professional insurance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This varied role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in insurance and gain exposure to the inner workings of claims operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the claims team with data accuracy checks and adjustments
  • Liaise with brokers and delegated claims authorities
  • Manage loss fund returns, queries, and claim closures
  • Assist with payment processing and performance reporting
  • Help investigate and reconcile variances
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvements
