Lead a Mission-Critical Workforce Transformation

Our client, a leading Business Services organisation, is seeking an exceptional Lead Kronos Specialist to drive their multi-million-pound migration from legacy systems to cutting-edge SaaS platforms.


This isn't just another support role – you'll be the technical architect of a nationwide transformation programme, directly impacting thousands of employees across the UK. As the bridge between legacy and future-state systems, you'll shape how an entire organisation manages its workforce.


What You'll Own & Deliver:


Technical Leadership

  • Drive the complete migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management
  • Architect and validate system configurations that will serve as the blueprint for the future
  • Lead cross-functional workshops that translate business needs into technical reality


⚡ Operational Excellence

  • Deliver seamless day-to-day support across the current Kronos ecosystem
  • Engineer pay rules, work rules, and shift patterns that optimize operational efficiency
  • Master complex integrations between HR, payroll, and Time & Attendance platforms


Knowledge Transfer & Empowerment

  • Design and deliver training programmes that upskill operational teams
  • Create documentation and SOPs that become the foundation for future support models
  • Provide hands-on, on-site support across multiple UK locations


Quality Assurance & Innovation

  • Own end-to-end System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
  • Troubleshoot complex multi-system environments with precision
  • Establish new support frameworks that scale with business growth


The Ideal Candidate:


Technical Mastery:

  • Proven expertise with Kronos or equivalent Time & Attendance platforms
  • Deep understanding of HR data architecture, payroll logic, and attendance workflows
  • Battle-tested experience in large-scale system migrations


Leadership DNA:

  • Confidence to lead technical stakeholder workshops and drive consensus
  • Natural ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences
  • Track record of managing vendor relationships and escalating issues effectively


Operational Excellence:

  • Expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities
  • Experience with interface monitoring in complex, multi-system environments
  • Outstanding documentation and knowledge management skills
