The Opportunity 

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Night Chef de Partie to join our Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill team. In this role, you will take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen during night operations, collaborating closely with the Night Sous Chef and wider culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for late-night service, in-room dining, and early breakfast preparations. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining Hyatt’s reputation as a leading hospitality company, while nurturing your own growth and inspiring those around you. 

As a Night Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in leading your section with precision, creativity, and consistency during overnight shifts. You’ll be expected to uphold the highest culinary standards, mentor junior chefs, and contribute to the smooth execution of our menus across multiple outlets. 

  • Section Leadership: Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section during night service, ensuring readiness, organisation, and excellence. 

  • Menu Execution: Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in flavour, texture, and visual appeal across late-night and early-morning offerings. 

  • Team Development: Support and guide Night Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. 

  • Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation to minimise waste and maintain freshness. 

  • Compliance & Hygiene: Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and company policies. 

  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain equipment and workstations, ensuring smooth overnight service and adherence to kitchen protocols. 

  • Innovation & Creativity: Contribute ideas to menu development, overnight specials, and guest experiences tailored to late-night and early risers.
