About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our sales channels (e.g. Official site, Amazon, Tiktok, Argos, etc.). You will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving product visibility, and ensuring seamless operations across all platforms. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

-Channel Management: Oversee daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms (marketplaces, DTC websites, social commerce);

-Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and market share on each channel;

-Listing Optimization: Ensure product listings are optimized for search (SEO), conversions, and compliance with platform policies;

-Inventory & Pricing: Coordinate with supply chain and GTM to maintain optimal stock levels and competitive pricing;

-Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute promotions, flash sales, and platform-specific campaigns (e.g., Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday);

-Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, GMV, ROI) and generate reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities;

-Competitor Research: Analyze competitor strategies and marketplace trends to stay ahead in pricing, promotions, and merchandising;

-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

-3+ years of experience in e-commerce channel management, marketplace operations, or digital sales;

-Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, Argos, Tesco Marketplace, or other major platforms;

-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and marketplace analytics tools;

-Familiarity with inventory management, pricing strategies, and marketplace policies;

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment;

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Native.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with global marketplaces;

-Background in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brand operations;

-Certification in Amazon Advertising, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
