Your Role at a Glance:

As a Pawnbroking Appraiser, you’ll play a vital part in the customer experience and valuation process. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email.
• Appraising luxury items including jewellery, watches, handbags, and other valuables.
• Engaging in the retail sales of high-end pre-loved items.
• Staying ahead of market trends in both pawnbroking and luxury retail.
• Keeping a keen eye on local competitors and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:

• Pawnbroking, jewellery, auctioneering, or gallery experience
• Valuation expertise in luxury watches, fine jewellery, handbags, or art
• A passion for customer service and luxury goods
