My client is a leading Learning and Development Platform in the Marketing Science space with deep connections to the marketing and advertising community.


We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Partnerships on behalf of our client to play a central role in driving growth through the identification, development, and optimisation of key strategic publishing, marketing, and commercial partnerships in the UK and across Europe. This is a high-impact role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution, as well as strong collaboration across teams.


The successful candidate will build, scale, and own global marketing partnership strategies that bring new audiences to the mix, syndicate my client’s current offering to extend market reach, enhance the organisation’s offering, and deliver measurable value for customers worldwide. You will manage existing relationships, expand the partnership pipeline, and ensure seamless execution of joint campaigns and initiatives. You will also be responsible for ensuring that agreed KPIs are met and that agreed partner metrics are met and surpassed.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and negotiation through to activation and long-term management

• Develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans to achieve mutual revenue growth

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, legal, finance) to deliver priority projects

• Analyse partnership performance, providing insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership

• Drive strategic planning with a multi-year vision, including forecasting, financial analysis,and reporting

• Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on partnership opportunities


Candidate Profile:


• Proven experience leading complex, multi-market partnership relationships in a Media, Marketing, Advertising, Edtech, or Learning and Development capacity

• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value deals and modelling partnership economics

• Skilled communicator and relationship builder, able to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

• Highly organised self-starter, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Demonstrated success in managing large cross-functional projects

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on product growth and innovation
