I am looking for a dynamic Sales Associate with strong Visual Merchandising expertise to join a London flagship store. This role blends exceptional client service with the opportunity to shape the in-store visual experience that brings luxury lifestyle collections to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an elevated and personalised client experience, embodying the values of luxury service.
• Partner closely with the Visual Merchandising team to deliver inspiring displays that reflect seasonal stories, brand identity, and product highlights.
• Take ownership of daily product presentation, ensuring the shop floor is consistently impeccable, cohesive, and visually engaging.
• Support store leadership with floor moves, window concepts, and creative visual execution.
• Share product knowledge and styling inspiration with clients, connecting visual storytelling to the sales experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, while enhancing the overall brand journey.
• Maintain an awareness of competitor trends and visual standards to help keep our flagship store at the forefront.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven retail experience, ideally in a luxury or premium brand environment, with exposure to visual merchandising responsibilities.
• A keen eye for design, detail, and presentation, with the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling in-store visuals.
• Strong styling sensibility and product knowledge to enhance the client journey.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, balancing both sales and creative objectives.
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable, thriving in a flagship environment.
• Flexibility to work across weekends, evenings, and key retail calendar events.
