Sales Associate – Luxury Kidswear Boutique | Department Store, Central London

Salary: up to £26,000 per year + commission

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the boutique, providing personalised service to every client who walks through the door. From assisting with styling to sharing your product knowledge, you’ll help create an environment where families feel welcomed, valued, and inspired. This role is more than just selling – it’s about building relationships, telling a story, and being part of a client’s journey with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class client experience, engaging warmly and professionally with all visitors
• Build loyal client relationships through attentive service, clienteling, and follow-up communication
• Support the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s identity
• Handle stock management and replenishment, ensuring availability of key pieces
• Collaborate with your team to create a positive, dynamic, and supportive atmosphere
• Actively participate in training sessions, growing your knowledge of products, styling, and service excellence

What we are looking for

• Previous retail experience (luxury or premium fashion preferred, but not essential if you’re highly motivated)
• A passion for fashion, style, and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients of all ages
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ambition to grow your career in retail
