Sales Advisor | Earn Up to £60,000!

Our client, a fast-growing van finance provider, is on the lookout for personable, confident, and ambitious Sales Advisors to join their expanding team. If you thrive on building relationships, enjoy fast-paced sales, and are hungry for a new challenge — this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone confident with customers, comfortable speaking with different people and handling multiple parties in a sale
• A personable, relationship-builder who enjoys helping customers make quick decisions
• Previous experience in a sales role — e.g. Holiday packages, insurance, finance, or any fast-turnaround sales environment
• Hungry to hit targets, resilient, and thrives under pressure
• Excellent communicator with a positive, energetic approach

What You’ll Earn

• Base salary: £26,000
• OTE: Up to £60,000
• Weekly team incentives
• 21 days paid leave (+ bank holidays and extra leave each year)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turning warm finance leads into successful sales
• Talking to customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right deal
• Building trust and rapport with customers, lenders, and dealers alike
• Managing quick turnaround sales while delivering a personable, five-star customer experience

Working Hours

• Shifts: 08:00–17:00, and one late (10:00–19:00) per week
• Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00–16:00) and Sundays (10:00–16:00)
